Minimum Requirements
Candidates must possess a Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) and demonstrate computer literacy. While not mandatory, a valid driver’s license and previous administrative or clerical experience will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer social grants at the local office level.
- Screen all grant applications effectively.
- Capture applications into the system.
- Provide excellent customer care.
- Process grant documentation and perform other related administrative functions.
- Conduct quality control on grant applications.
- Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3).
